I've used both, but ended up with Myfitnesspal. Their database is a lot larger, just from having a larger population filling out other products. I use Fitbit for my main tracking, where myfitnesspal and my withings scales provide data to fitbit. Though I do believe both fitbit and withings work with loseit. Really I just suggest you try both out.
